Your privacy is important to us, and you’re in control: -
o During registration you can decide if you want data belonging to you to appear publicly on our platforms.
o We will never publicly post personal address, d.o.b, or private contact details. (Personal contact details will only be available to Nexa Pro staff, and our client’s staff, within password protected areas)
o Note that our apps are intended for our clients members only and therefore require member signup submissions and logins to gain access. You are responsible for your own password strength.
o When you register you are required to input private details which are a requirement by our client’s management teams and will be held on file for a period of time. These details may include medical info, home address, email address, phone numbers, certificates of achievement etc, which will all remain private to officers only, and not for public viewing.
o If you believe your data has appeared anywhere against your will, simply contact us via the email address above and we will rectify it immediately.
o We use the Spport, Wix, and Jotform secure platforms to host our online forms and collect your data.

DATA PROTECTION
The laws on Data Protection changed on 25th May 2018. As part of the new GDPR Legislation, anyone who receives emailed correspondence must agree to this. Our priority is keeping your data safe, so we have therefore implemented some practices to comply with the new GDPR laws.
How we protect and use your information
• We do all we can to respect your right to privacy and the protection of your personal information. This is a summary of what we do with your information.
The information we use and where we get it from
• We use the above named platforms services to collect your name, billing address, contact numbers and email addresses in order to process your monthly subscriptions and any account you have with us. Occasionally we collect a delivery address if different to your billing address. This information will have been given to us voluntarily by you ahead of any order you have made being fulfilled.
Your rights
• You have a number of legal rights to control what we do with your information. For example, you can ask us to:
o tell you what information we have about you and get a copy of it;
o correct or update information that is wrong;
o stop using your information in certain circumstances;
o stop sending you marketing material;
o send some of your data to someone else for them to use.
How we use your information.
• We use your information solely to provide you with products and services that you have requested.
Sharing your information
• We will not share your information outside of our business unless otherwise ordered to by you or if we need to and we have sought your permission to do so. Examples would be sharing your data with our partner service providers named above to provide you with services such as payment collections, registrations, and orders.
Marketing
• We do not engage in any marketing lists which anyone can subscribe or unsubscribe to. Therefore, your information has not been used in this way and will continue to not be used for marketing unless otherwise informed.
How long we keep your information
• We will store your information until you tell us not to. We will store a record of your orders for up to ten years in case we need to recall the information for any reason.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure with us. Your information is stored centrally with only admin staff having access to the devices and facilities wherein your information may be stored.

To comply under the new GDPR regulations, we require you to give your consent for us to hold your data as of 25th May 2018.
Currently all of our clients, users, and members are opted in for receipt of emails etc. If, however, this is not your preference, we would be most grateful if you could contact us quoting UNSUBSCRIBE via info@nexaproltd.com and we will do the rest.
